Ethical. Beneficial. Innovative. Dependable.
The Better Giving Partnership is a charity registered in England and Wales (No 1168976).
The Partnership was founded in 2015 by a group of friends and work colleagues in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
We're on a mission to make it much easier to learn about and support good causes.
The services we are developing will also help charities spread the word about their good work, manage donations and Gift Aid claims.
We are working with charities across the UK to ensure that what we develop works for the charitable causes on your doorstep, as well as the big national charities.
Here’s what a number of senior fundraisers and charity marketing managers had to say about our first service, givto.
"The Better Giving Partnership's 'givto’ concept is very exciting. It will provide donors with a very appealing new way of giving that just doesn't exist anywhere else. And it will give charities like ours a new way of reaching out and engaging with donors who may otherwise never find out about us. We're really looking forward to working with Alex and the team on it over the coming months."
Carol Devine, Marketing and Communications Manager,
Martin House Children’s Hospice
"The givto concept has great potential as a new acquisition resource for the charity sector. It will engage with potential new donors and enable them to lead the way, making all the decisions about which charities to engage with and how much or little engagement they want. It's a great concept."
Di Flatt, Chair of Institute of Fundraising (IoF) Yorkshire, Chair of the Regions’ and Nations’ Chairs, Member of the IoF Policy Advisory Board and Nominations Committee
"The Better Giving Partnership’s ideas and plans for givto are fantastic. I can see this really appealing to donors and charities alike and it couldn’t come at a better time for the charity sector. givto has the potential to help rebuild public confidence in the sector and increase giving, particularly by the younger generations for whom choice, flexibility and ease of use are key. I’m excited to see how things develop for Alex and the team.’"
